In my opinion this is an interesting article because the customer gave to the bank a good lesson as sometimes banks don't care about the people, they just want to make money and they do long terms due they know people won't read them completely, so they take advantage of people.
ReplyDeleteI don't like reading long term and document, so sometimes I don't read them carefully like the man who is in this article. I think the bank and the company need to explain their term more clearly though, in this article, the customer has more fault than the bank.
