1) Is it the governments or the private companies responsibility to supply defibrillators in public places? First it was fire hoses, then sprinkler systems, then fire extinguishers, then first aid kids, then carbon monoxide detectors, then suicide prevention phones, now defibrillators.

I vote for the first one. I don't like waiters at all, bills scares me more than worms, you know... maybe not, but whatever. My vote goes for the defibrillators article.
