I think this is an interesting article because it shows the scientists´ ability for creating a new burger. If it helps to the enviroment, it can be good; although, if they want to make burguers exactly the same as the traditional ones, it can be dangerous as they could modify or alter the content of the burger meat.
I like this kinds of project, because if they achieved success to produce new burger and distribute them for all over the world, it would be useful to eco-friendly.
